This is a fine apartment in a great location. It's quiet and tucked away, but next door to a busy ice cream shop and combo bookstore/restaurant/jazz club. How it stays so quiet and peaceful, we couldn't understand. Host Alejandra is a gem, very friendly and extremely accommodating. She generously let us check in several hours early, so we could stretch out after our long flight from the USA, and answered immediately whenever we had the occasional need, such as a refreshed batch of towels. This is a great find for anyone who would enjoy an offbeat apartment in a hip part of town.

This place is sooo charming! The pics don’t do it justice. A lovely mix of original and updated in a quiet apartment off the street. Great neighborhood with lots of coffee, food, art. And only a little over a kilometer to lovely green parks for running or strolling. Wonderful kind host as well … loved this place!!

Not only the property and the location are great but the best of all is the owner … Alejandra is just amazing and keeps attention to every detail. Very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need to make your stay nice and comfy. Great location

Located centrally in Palermo SoHo, it is usually quiet as it’s set in an interior courtyard. There’s occasionally noise from people using the upper apartment, which I presume is a short lease. It was ideal for a couple close to all Palermo SoHo has to offer, an easy 10 minute walk to the metro and busses at Plazza Italia. Host was quick to respond- and helped us order an early morning taxi to get to the airport. The only small areas for improvement were the terrible old, flat pillows on the bed, and the need to repair the door in the bathroom. A few more glasses and plates would be nice. But these are minor issues with an otherwise good property in an excellent location.
