A relaxing quiet retreat set in woodland grounds close to the Tamar lakes and local beaches. 10a Parklands is a detached spacious bungalow with level access and wider doors. There are 3 double bedrooms. Large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Master bedroom with En- suite shower room. Patio /Barbeque area and level gardens. Parking is outside the property. Sorry no pets.
The space
The bungalow is all one level with wide doors large table and chairs for family dining. 3 large bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed and En-suite with shower, sink and toilet. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin beds in each with plenty of storage in each bedroom . Free Wifi . .
Other things to note
The electricity is via card meter which is credited with at least £30.00, electric cards are available from the site Cabin which is located on The Drive.

Opening times: 3.30pm to 6.30pm every day except Wednesday's and Sunday's.

Fishing brake

We had such a great break so peaceful the house had everything you need. We fished the Tamar lake I would love to return next year
