Vintage Hotel is fun and quirky in terms of its design and styling, and the staff are excellent, however the rooms need to be freshened up with a new coat of paint and the bathrooms need work as well. Our stay was fine, but the hotel is lacking the attention to details that makes it good or even great.

I had a great experience with the staff really caring about customer needs. I asked for an early check in and they made it possible out of the impossible. I had to leave late so they kept my lugggage without any issues. Offered to call me a taxi. Amazing experience! Thank you!

Parts nice. Parts not good.

A gallant effort: parts very nice, parts bad. The foyer cafe area is great. Nice staff. But please do NOT put guests on street facing rooms on nights when rubbish collection will start at 4am and be hugely busy for 3 hours. It’s unkind.

Charming hotel in a Quiet area

The hotel was very charming and had great character. The room was pretty compact, but the bathroom was very large and had both a shower and a tub, which was a nice feature, especially since the shower was kind of small. The area the hotel is in is OK if you primarily want to shop and be in a quieter area or are traveling on business, but I didn't realize how far it was from many of the main attractions and bars/restaurants of Brussels. I am a late night person, so found it sometimes a challenge to get back after 9 or 10pm. So, if you're looking to be in the heart of the action, this isn't your place; but if you want a quieter, calmer stay then this should be on top of your list for a unique experience!

CHiPs Motorcycle on the balcony!

Wonderful hotel decorated with lots of taste and a friendly staff. I hope to come back. The CHP (CHiPs for you 80s kids) on the balcony was a nice touch for this Californian.

Experience overall positive, in terms of price/value. Breakfast was good and reach. Only 2 concerns: often the lift was not working, which is a problem considering the number of steps, and Wifi is not working properly (this could be an issue for people moving for business).
