Warm, helpful staff made excellent recommendations for dinner. The room was dark, and we sometimes used a flashlight to see into our bags. We loved that the room was quiet. The bathroom was very, very large, with a big window. The very large shower doesn’t have a door; despite its size, water got outside the shower.

LOVED this hotel & SUPERB staff!!!

I loved this hotel, its proximity to the Station (Gare) Centrale was so easy, especially getting in late that last night. And the staff are absolutely SUPERB. Narwen (not sure I'm spelling his name correctly) was outstanding at the front desk on the overnight shift. He was so helpful, professional, and kind, and he guided me on how to order late late-night dinner on my Uber app and have it delivered to the hotel. So great and Rym in the morning at the front desk was also amazing, so kind and helpful, and she stored my bags while I went out and about for a couple of hours to explore before my train to England. I am very pleased with my stay, the room was clean and comfortable and the location and staff can't be beat!!!
