My family and I enjoyed our stay at Atlas Hotel Brussels. The location was excellent; within easy walking distance to the main sights of Brussels and public transport. It was approx. a 15 minute walk to the central station. It was the perfect location to explore the Christmas Markets. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were always greeted with a smile or a wave. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day. Our room was clean and had enough space to accomodate two adults and two young children. It contained the basic amenities (fresh towels daily, electric kettle, tissues etc.). There was a mini fridge, but it wasn't sufficient to refrigerate items (only keep items cool rather than cold). We visited in December, and the room was very warm. Our stay included breakfast, which had a good amount of options.

The staff were 1st class. The location was good The room was very basic. It did have tea & coffee facilities, which consisted of 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea bags (1 of which was chamomile), a small kettle, and 2 paper cups. I'd have thought that for what you are paying for the room, they could have at least given you proper cups. There is also a small safe. Breakfast was poor, no great choice, there was no hot food on offer, only cold meats, cheese & salad, etc They don't have key cards for the rooms; it's normal keys hanging on a large, heavy key ring, which gets handed into reception when you go out, which is no real issue, until you come back to the hotel and there is a queue of people all trying to check in, and you're having to wait for your key. Overall, the hotel is OK there are better and cheaper hotels to choose from. Would I stay again... No

This hotel is in a convenient location for exploring Brussels. Our room faced the courtyard, so it was extremely quiet. Check-in at the manned front desk was smooth. Our room was ready for an early arrival, and the staff were very friendly—asking about our plans and offering help with directions or recommendations. The room was very spacious, with a hallway and door separating the sleeping area from the bathroom. Breakfast was included and offered a basic selection of pastries, cold cuts, waffles, and hard-boiled eggs. The breakfast area was large with plenty of seating and never felt crowded. Overall, a convenient and well-located stay with excellent service.

The Atlas was extremely good value for money. The location is superb - easily walkable to all of central Brussels many delights. The decor is simple, tasteful and well maintained. The service we received at reception was excellent. Breakfast could be a little better perhaps (the pain au chocolat for instance, and it could include bacon for international guests), but it was definitely good enough, tasty and with many options. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend the Atlas.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Shower not the best and kept flooding th bathroom floor. Would prefer at least 1 hot option at breakfast but over can’t really fault. Rooms got roasting throughout the night and needed air con on, which worked fine.
