Located in the heart of Brunswick Heads, Pinchins Place is the perfect family getaway. With the river, beach, shops, and caf s just a short stroll away, you can enjoy the best of coastal village living right at your doorstep.
Upstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking and a dishwasher, a modern bathroom, and ceiling fans throughout. The lounge opens onto a light-filled sunroom, creating a relaxing space for children to play or unwind after a day in the sun.
Parents can relax on the large undercover deck with a BBQ, perfect for entertaining. Downstairs includes a laundry, second bathroom, and undercover parking. The flat, fully fenced yard with rear lane access offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, and pets are welcome outside only.
The home includes two queen beds, one double bed, and three single beds. Linen is not provided but can be arranged through Byron Bay Holiday Hire (along with baby and beach accessories).
A booking fee applies to each reservation.
Minimum stays are three nights in off-peak periods and seven nights during peak periods.

Asked for and received an early checkin which was great. Location was good, close to everything. Kitchen and bathrooms were functional and good. Overall cleanliness was poor. Dirt and dust on chairs and tables inside the house and on the veranda was unacceptable. The girls had dirt marks on their clothing after arriving, Went and bought cleaning products and cleaned them ourselves.We brought our own linen which was fine but some of the mattresses had dust and sand on the which was not. Cobwebs inside the house, on and around the veranda and on the handrail leading up the back stairs. We suspect the house had been vacant for a while which may explain some of these problems. Would not stay there again.
