Step back into a classic old-school coastal holiday in this charming two-storey home, just 250 metres from the beautiful beaches of Broulee. Perfect for families or groups, this property combines coastal charm, comfort, and fun.

Enjoy relaxed gatherings on the large covered balcony, ideal for BBQs, morning coffees, or sunset drinks, while the tennis table provides hours of friendly family competition.

With its spacious layout and prime location, this home is perfect for catching up with loved ones and creating memorable seaside holidays.

Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely.
