Birthday Getaway

Absolutely perfect get-away for hubby's birthday! Wonderful cabin and host! We travel a lot, and this was such a peaceful retreat. Definitely one of the most comfortable beds ever! We will be back.

Lovely cabin. Friendly host. Amazing eclipse.

My husband and I booked a long weekend in this Hochatown property several months ago hoping to experience the 2024 total eclipse. The eclipse was amazing - and this will be our go-to cabin for future trips to the area. The cabin was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed. "Oh no! We didn't bring K- cups." "No problem! There are plenty of K- cups in the pantry. And a French press!" "Can we start a fire in the pit?" "Yes! There is a stack of dry firewood!" Dave was the perfect host - communicating with us throughout our stay. He offered restaurant recommendations and other thoughtful suggestions for our trip. The photos are accurate. You won't be disappointed in this cabin!

Quick get away.

Cabin was easy to get to. Great set up. The out door fireplace was having some trouble but David was amazing with communication. Would definitely return to this cabin based on his service!!

Comfortable weekend getaway

Perfect Birthday Getaway!

This property was just as described, very clean and easy to get to. There were guests in surrounding properties, but it was still quiet and relaxing. We saw about 8 deer walking beside and in front of the cabin. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We've been to Broken Bow over a dozen times and this is one of our favorites! We will definitely book again.

Beautiful place!!

The place is beautiful! The bed was SO comfortable! Everything you need is there! Towels, even detergent pods, although I brought my own of both! We had a hard time finding it but Dave answered my text in a timely manner to help us find it! Thanks Dave for your hospitality! The hubby and I were able to have a great 5 year wedding anniversary trip! Will rent out this cabin again as well as recommend to others!!

Amazing

This property is exactly as advertised. The inside is immaculate. No detail has been missed. I spent every morning drinking coffee on the back porch, admiring the view with the fireplace going. It was perfect. It is located where it is quiet and peaceful but just a few minutes and you can be in the heart of everything. The property manager was great with communication and just overall friendly. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful 20th Anniversary Trip

This rental was AMAZING! We loved every aspect of it from the perfectly clean house & jacuzzi to the beautiful shower and tub. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of new developments in the area, but none ever disturbed our stay. This was the most peaceful, relaxing getaway we’ve ever had! The owner checked in with us via text and offered a few local favorites for us to try.

Wonderful cabin!

The cabin is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The owner was very helpful and provided the most detailed information about the cabin and surrounding area I have ever received on a rental. Would stay again. Minor, very temporary note: The cabin is new and in a very new area with many other cabins under construction, so there was a lot of hammering and power tool noise during the day. Doubt that will be applicable for much longer, however.

Wife and I stayed at house for two nights. House was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. Owners were helpful and even sent us locations of different places to explore in the area. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Cabin For Couple

Chose Deer Pines Cabin for weekend to celebrate husband's birthday. We both agree it was perfect for outdoorsman husband and wife requiring all modern conveniences. The cabin was well cared for and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable with soft and cozy linens. Loved sitting outside on the large back deck. We enjoyed the fire we built in fire pit in the back yard one evening and relaxing in the hot tub on the back deck the 2nd evening. The owners provided an app with all information needed to enjoy our weekend that included best hiking trails, scenic drives, food and entertainment. Don't miss the salted caramel ice cream at Okie Girls Coffee and Ice Cream. Our weekend was perfect. We will be back and intend to stay at Deer Pines again.

This is such a beautiful cabin for a couple wanting to get away. The house was adorable, the back porch was very relaxing, and the hot tub was the perfect end to a great day in Hochatown!
