Front desk and cleaning staff were great! Location is ideal for traveling through on 1-81. Now for the only negative: The person handling breakfast was not friendly and was abrupt. Everything was empty before 9. If you say breakfast is open until 9, I expect I can still get food at 8:50. She took all of the condiments at 9am on the dot and said breakfast was done. Especially disappointing on a holiday Monday when the room is full of people.

There was a strong smell of damp and chemical in the main floor rooms and the management said all rooms have the same smell. Staff were friendly and room was clean but smell was odor was bad.
