We stayed in three bedroom two bathroom apartment with a view back towards the city and the river. The view was amazing. We were on the 12th floor and could see right across to the casino. The Ferris wheel and at night the lights were enchanted. The apartment itself had everything that you would require For kitchen even a laundry so perfect for a weekend away or longer. It was a great location for going to a show, which is what we had done. I’m a bit disappointment with the spa not working and it appeared not to of been working for quite some time. Which was a little bit disappointing because it was one items that I had looked for when making the booking pool and spa. At least the pool was functional.

This property was very central and a great location for our stay in Brisbane city. Although the 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed in needs some maintenance, the unit was clean and the staff were welcoming. The area was safe and a quiet area, apart from construction during the day. Overall, I would recommend this unit to friends and would definitely consider booking this again.

This apartment was classy, beautifully decorated, central to southbank, and so easy to get to. We had a lovely time here and watched some of the fireworks from the pool area, which is lovely. Staff were friendly, plenty of food and drink options around. Will be back for sure!

Reception is only open until 5pm. We were told we’d receive out of hour’s instructions which included a phone number to call when 10min away. Though no one answered the number and eventually I’d just get put through to an answering machine. I tried the number 6 times as well as all the numbers on the building door. We were locked out on the street for 30min at 8pm with 2 children under 5. Eventually someone answered call and let us in but we had to wait a further 10min fir the building manager (who looks after all their apartments) to drive over and give us the key. Such a stressful experience! We had started looking for alternate accommodation as we had assumed the number provided was incorrect and we weren’t getting in. Despite leaving numerous voice message no one from reception got in touch next day to apologise or check all was ok. In addition the aircon in the room did not work. We will not stay again!

Worse bed mattresses, you sink in so bad. Found a cockroach walking in the bathroom. Pool was full area was full of rubbish and the floors were nasty. No one answers the after hours phone line for late checkin. Reception lady was very nice and polite.
