A superb, super secure, bright and breezy 4th floor apartment conveniently located opposite the Boardwalk on the vibrant Barbados South coast with two seaview balconies to relax on.
Access is via 2 elevators and three locked doors.
Enjoy the exotic ambience of the Caribbean by living close to many easily accessible beaches, bars and restaurants plus the comfort of a real home: mine!
Includes a fully equipped kitchen, (but no dishwasher if you're picky), featuring a Westinghouse cooker, a refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware.
A separate laundry room has a top loading washing machine and a Westinghouse drier. Iron and ironing board.
The two bedrooms are air-conditioned, with ceiling fans for choice, but often neither is needed as there is a fairly constant breeze flowing through from the many windows and two balcony doors.
There are 2 bathrooms, (1 en suite), with a walk-in showers and a hairdryer.
A large open plan living room/dining area with flat screen TV for netflix and Youtube plus cable channels.
A small supermarket is a few minutes’ walk away in Lanterns Mall, which also includes a bank with ATMs.
Beyond next door fertility centre is a small market by the Art Splash Cafe.
