Attic studio in the Geteviertel - close to the city, trade fair, university, stadium and Weser cycle path

The apartment is located in an "old Bremen house" in one of the most beautiful streets in Bremen with town houses of the "Belle Epoque". Approximately 2 km from the train station / exhibition center, in the vicinity of the lively district, the Bürgerpark and the Weser. The roof studio is on the upper floor of an "old Bremen house", which was built in 1914. The original roof truss has been preserved in the apartment and creates the special ambience of the floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Cooking pots, pans, dishes and all the necessary kitchen appliances are available so that the kitchen can be used without restriction.
The apartment has two beds, a box spring double bed and a loft bed with a double mattress, which can be reached via a ladder (only for sporty guests, unsuitable for small children). The roof studio has a large balcony with a fantastic view over the gardens of the district.
The roof studio has a stable WLAN and Ethernet sockets for a direct connection to the router. The apartment has a large television and a media receiver. This means that all MAGENTA TV offers from Telekom can be received. NETFLIX is also available.
Bed linen and towels as well as the usual household equipment are available. Access to the roof studio is via the staircase shared with the host family (3 people). No other guests have access because our Airbnb apartment has its own entrance on the ground floor. The roof studio is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator.
