Sunny one bedroom apartment for rent in the heart of Breckenridge's Historic District. We remodeled the condo just a few years ago and we hope you'll find it as cozy, convenient and relaxing as we do. With a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room there is plenty of space to sleep two, even if you don't care to share a bed. You're sure to enjoy the beautiful view of Breckenridge Mountain from the living room.

Very good stay

I stayed for a few weeks while skiing. The condo was nice and exactly as described. Very short walk to the blue route bus stops and the grocery store. The walls are thin, but neighbors were very quiet and respectful. I really enjoyed staying here, and would stay here again. Thanks!

Great for a day or two, but....

First the positive. The place was clean, had all needed amenities and was very close to downtown. And even though it was in a complex it was relatively quiet. The biggest drawback is that one of the neighbors somewhere in an adjoining condo was constantly getting high and the apartment strongly smelled of weed all the time. I understand the owner has no control over this, but it really did put a damper on the overall experience. ,

Great value, close to the action

Robin was such a great host. My wife and I enjoyed the little condo. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest lift, but convenient for all the dining options along Main Street. I highly recommend this condo for a couple, looking for affordable accommodation and don't mind walking to the action.

Cozy and well appointed!

This is a very cozy apartment with a great view and nice amenities (stocked with shampoo, coffee filters, etc.). My teenage daughter and I were able to spread out very comfortably--she stayed on the pull-out couch in the living room and I took the bedroom. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin and the upstairs neighbors in this three-level apartment complex were very noisy: they arrived around midnight one night and spent at least an hour clomping around, rearranging furniture, and dropping stuff on the floor that made loud banging noises. Combined with my insomnia from the altitude, this made for a less than pleasant sleeping experience. Other than that, though, great apartment and great value.

Great place, but could use a little repairs

The place was great and the location was perfect. However, I noticed upon arriving there were some things in the apartment that should be addressed before the owner renting. In the bathroom, part of the ceiling was patched with wood to fix what appeared to be a leak directly above the shower. All the door knobs inside were broke and needed repair, could not properly close off bedroom or bathroom. The cost of the unit was not expensive, but certainly not cheap. Overall I highly recommend the unit, but repairs in the unit would make the appearance overall a 5 Star rating. If you are looking for a great place in a great location, knowing the room is not perfect, I recommend this room. The owners certainly made themselves personally available if needed by proving home and cell phone numbers. I did not contact them as the issues did not cause issues in the stay, simply my recommendations.

Nice and great location

This property is great for 2-3 people. All updated appliances, nice size master bedroom and only a couple of blocks to a free shuttle to the slopes. Downtown is only like 4 block walk. The only draw back was the pull out couch needs a new mattress, not very comfy, better to just sleep on the couch. I would stay here again.
