The house was nice and the location was perfect. The concerns we had with property were the patio area being over ran with weeds and pine needles. We had to spend a few hours weeding and sweeping the patio area so we could use it. Also, the toilet in the upstairs hallway didn’t flush well. The chain would get hooked up preventing improper flush and causing the water to run constantly, too. Thank you Georgia

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home great for families. The master bathroom with dual shower heads is a treat. Having laundry washing capabilities is super helpful as well. Kitchen can use a couple more kitchen tools (can opener, wine opener, cookie sheet) but overall was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood where we felt very comfortable and safe. Master bedroom is a nice oasis to unwind and relax. Other bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. I loved the color scheme chosen for the home…bright, warm and inviting. Thank you for hosting our family here. We will definitely rebook the next time we are back in town.

Location was good and overall a nice property BUT online photos are outdated and not entirely accurate. Property could use some “TLC” and updating. There is an alarm and no information was shared @ turning it on/off which required contact with property management who was very responsive and helpful

Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious, yet cozy, and in a great location! The hot tub was a family favorite... and even had a moose walk by in the woods behind the house! In addition, the property management company was fantastic! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Wonderful home!

We loved this home! Luxury and beauty are the words that we used to describe this place. We went for mountain hikes right out of the back yard, and enjoyed the hot tub in the cool evenings. Snow capped mountain views from the master bedroom and HUGE windows in the living area to view the forest behind the house. There is a fox that visited the patio every evening. Breckenridge is a fun town, with great restaurants and shops. Loved hiking in the area and coming back to this gorgeous home.

Great house but didn’t like the service.

We loved the house, very big and full of space for all our family. The backyard view is amazing. I had a feel complains. First , the wasn’t so cleaning, after try to talk for a long time i got to talk to the owner and she send the cleaning company again, but still wasn’t very clean. We had to ask for wine glasses, the house didn’t had. Also we had to buy butano gas cause the barbecue was empty and we couldn’t use. The house wasn’t ski in, cause peak 10 wasn’t open, they should be more clear about this. And the ski out wasn’t at our backyard , was 7 houses down the street. But the worst party was not have anumber to call to deal with all this. The property management didn’t return any of my calls, was always unavailable. Anyway, i like the house very much, but don’t know if i ll rent again cause i don’t want to deal with all this problems on my holydays.

Exceeded my expectations

Was pleasantly surprised to find the home on top of the mountain side tucked away at the end of a cul du sac. Could not beat the location. We were able to walk out the back door and right onto trails. No one behind us. Very private and beautiful setting. The home looked nice in the pictures, but was even nicer than expected. Plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable.

Great place to spend some time in Breckenridge

Outside of the driveway not being plowed when we got there and a smoke detector not communicating to the security system causing the panel to beep throughout an entire night (we were able to silence the following morning) during out stay this place couldn't have been better for our weekend stay. Their was more than enough room for the 10 of us, huge open floor plan on the first floor allowed us old friends to share memories and hang. The bedrooms were roomy and memory foam bed (some complaints on the stiffness). We'd rent this place again as the owners and property manager acted as quickly as they could to all issues that came up during our stay. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Super Bowl Weekend with Friends in Breckenridge

Wow! What a stunningly beautiful and spacious house Marc & Jancinta have! My friends and I had an amazing weekend in Breckenridge skiing and snowboarding the slopes and had an especially nice time spending time in their home. We ended up saving quite a bit of money, as their home was large enough to accommodate our group that we never found ourselves heading into town for food/drinks/entertainment. Instead, we all hung out and cooked at the house. We even had our own Super Bowl party at the house! The only hiccup we had was when the cable stopped working right prior to kick-off. But this wasn't their fault, it was Comcast, as the whole town was cut-off from service. Regardless, their local contact, Trace, was quick to come check the situation out for herself. She arrived within minutes of my call! She was very nice and had Comcast one the phone within minutes as well. Very impressed, to say the least : ) Overall, I can't say enough about our stay at this VRBO location. Jancinta was always very fast and thorough with her responses with me, the home was beautiful, location was great, hot tub was wonderful, and the back yard of forested land for us to snowshoe around was quite enjoyable as well. Thanks again for letting us stay in your home!

We had such a fun work trip at Lazy Fox! The location was great to skiing and Downtown! The house itself provided for great entertainment(open concept). We also loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing or for us that went into town! :) We will be back for sure!

Little piece of heaven

A group of 5 of us came to stay here for my husbands 30th birthday and we couldn't have been happier. The house is a great location with beautiful views out the back porch. The heated floors and games throughout the house made the weekend a perfect spot. The communication with the owners was amazing! If you are looking for a great house for either a short trip or long vaca this is the place to pick. Thank you for such a great house and great first experience in Breckenridge :-)
