Beautiful House With a View.

We chose Highlands Getaway because of the spacious size, closeness to town and view. While some of us were out skiing/snowboarding all day others would come and go to the house. We loved being on the deck seeing the mountains and at times seeing the people coming down the mountain. We cooked at the house the majority of the time and the fully equipped kitchen had all that we needed and more. We look forward to staying at the Highlands Getaway again.

Fantastic Stay!

Booked this property for a ski trip with friends and it exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space for our entire group. Hot tub was a hit! Especially after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home close to everything with gorgeous views

Home has everything needed for the perfect stay in Breck. Plenty of room to feel comfortable and areas large enough for the whole group to have game nights. Very nice home well-stocked with all amenities!

Excellent Home

The home was just as described. It was very clean and even larger than what the photos depicted! It was easily large enough for 12 of us. And the views are amazing. We ended each evening on the front deck. The property management company was also very thorough and prompt. Would highly recommend this home.

The house was absolutely wonderful! Our family enjoyed everything about the home including the deck with the firepit, (made a lot of smores), the hot tub, the overall common areas and the short distance to Breck. Family Ski Vacation

The view of the house were phenomenal! Beautiful views from all areas of the house. Heated floors throughout were a plus! Provided lots of room for a large group. Kitchen had everything we needed all week long and some :) Location to Breckenridge and local outdoor activities were very ideal! Such a wonderful family vacation in Breckenridge!

We had a wonderful trip and absolutely loved this home! It had everything you could ask for and it being so close to town was a bonus! You can’t go wrong renting this house. Did I mention heated floors??? That was amazing! Everything was excellent!

Great family stay

This property was super comfortable for a family stay - we had plenty of space for 2 kids and 5 adults. The views were incredible, the home was clean and well equipped, and it's super close to town and shopping without feeling on top of people. We loved that it was close to the golf course and that we could hop on trails right in the neighborhood. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays!

Its the little things. Highlands home

This place was awesome. 2nd time to stay here. But as a realtor and management background. Please pass this on to the owners. Conte Family. Rugs need to be replaced. ALL. Makes a world of difference. Yours are very old and worn/dirty. Little smelly. Yard should be mowed and weeded Have the entrance, driveway, garage, back porch blown off with blower You should put a few more bird feeders out and hummingbird feeders. Maybe a gallon bag of bird feed per guest. Carpet steamed cleaned. Lots of little spots/stains More blankets, something people don't have room to pack. Umbrella that fits in umbrella holder. Things that needed repaired: A few windows openers in the home Slow leak in kitchen faucet Refrigerator in Laundry Room freezes up. No good. Home needs a deep deep cleaning. Light bulbs were out also. Screens on windows very dirty New outdoor mats. Tree limbs sitting on the roof, need to be cut. When you open a few windows, you literally push small trees and branches out of the way because they have NOT been trimmed by the windows when they are open. Make sure ALL WINDOWS IN THE ENTIRE HOME OPEN. Really a big deal when in Breckenridge. I hope this helps. All it is meant to do. I love the Highlands I have a friend that lives there. Love the home. Winter wonderland

From the beautiful views, to the snowy trails, it was truly a winter wonderland. The downstairs is way bigger than you think. The pool table and hot tub were amazing. We watched the Super Bowl on the tv in living room with amazing views. The garage was a plus for winter! So thankful for the owner answering all of our questions. Such an amazing house.

Best Breckenridge Getaway

Staying at this mountain retreat exceeded all expectations. Great space for large groups. Very comfortable rooms and the landlord was very responsive and gives great recommendations! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Mountain getaway

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home while vacationing with our three adult sons and one son’s girlfriend. This spacious home allowed everyone to have ample space and private bathrooms. After full days of either hiking, biking, and white water rafting, it was wonderful to come back and relax in the hot tub. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck that overlooked the ski slopes. I could only imagine the beauty during the winter. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook many of our meals, which we preferred. However, the lively town is a short 5 minute drive. If I am out in Colorado again, I would definitely rent this home again. It checked off all the boxes!

Great property

This is a wonderful house for a family gathering. We had our 3 kids and 4 infant grandchildren and there was private rooms for all. I will warn like in other comments there is a cigarette smell in the basement common area only. There is no smell in the bedrooms.
