We had a comfortable and nice stay at this place for two families. Close to ski resorts and short drive to town. Place was accurate to pictures.

Very convenient. a couple minutes walk to the bus that takes you to around town, including the Gondola that gives access to the ski hill. Highly recomend!

Nice place to stay for a ski trip

Clean and comfortable unit a short drive from the Main Street through Breckenridge. Convenient to restaurants and slopes.

The house was great, host was very responsive, location was beautiful. Everything went great! Parking was a challenge because the house shares a driveway with neighbor, and neighobr had 3 trucks parked in driveway so difficult for us to assess our garage to park

Birthday Trip

Stayed here with 6 adults and 1 infant was a very cozy home accommodating for all of us! Highly recommend this property it’s not too far from Main Street either!

Fantastic Home in mountains

Stay was great, location excellent and home was perfect. The only issue we had was working the remote for TVs was not easy.

Beautiful getaway

Gorgeous home, high quality linens, even had soap, shampoo and conditioner like a hotel! Nice gas grill to use and the hot tub was a great treat. I highly recommend this home!

Great Townhouse in Breckenridge

Very spacious and convenient rental. Big garage which was nice for out bikes. Clean and well stocked. Hot tub a plus.

House was beautiful especially the mountain view. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. We were able to check in early which was nice. A few things none of the bathrooms had wash clothes, the only TV that had cable was the basement and the fire pit table wasnt working

Great time with the boys

Had an excellent spring snowboard trip with the boys. The townhouse was beautiful, fully stoked, great amount of space and a phenomenal hot tub to relax in over looking breck mountain. Will def be back!

Perfect place for a family or group

I have stayed at other VRBO proprieties over the years and I personally own a vacation rental property so I aware of what guest like. They have done an excellent job with their house The house is in a perfect location, it has a great view of the Breckenridge resort. The layout is perfect to give guests privacy if they want it, the second living area on the ground floor is great for the kids to separate from the adults. The house was furnished well, the kitchen had every thing would need it you plan on cooking it.

Great ski house for families!

We loved our time at Breckenridge and this house was the perfect fit for two families with kids. The furnishings were in great condition and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the game room downstairs and we all took advantage of the hot tub. It was a very short drive (or bus ride) to the slopes and close to a good grocery store. We will definitely try to book this house again the next time we visit Colorado. Thanks for sharing this house with us!

reunion destination

We celebrated a family reunion in Breckenridge with family from 5 different states. This home was lovely and fit our needs nicely. It is conveniently located to many activities. We had fun bike riding, attended many events in town, and one even participated in a 50 mile bike race! Of course, sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day was needed by some. The views were spectacular! No one was bored! Thank you for opening up your home!

Great stay at a beautiful home in a great location. We would definitely come back again. Had a wonderful week in the mountains this place was in a great location close to everything within a 10 minute drive. Only issue we had was the dishwasher was not working and we reached out to the property manager and they did respond saying they were going to replace it but after telling us they were coming on a Monday they never showed up and did not follow up to advise of updates. We left on a Wednesday morning. This was not a huge deal we just washed dishes by hand we stayed a week and this was reported on the third day we were there. I do believe it will be replaced as it did appear to be old as racks were rusted and it would not turn on at all. Just better communication would have been appreciated. Otherwise this was a great place to stay.

Great Family Get Away

This home is beautifully located in Breckinridge with a small creek and foot path running behind the home. The house is huge and has plenty of room. Love the fact that there are two master bedrooms. In our case our son and wife stayed in the queen room on the main level to be closer to the bunk room on the lower level. A pack & play is available which we used for our 2 year old grandson. His 5 year old brother slept in the the same room. Our daughter-in-law did end up sleeping one night in the bunk room as the boys were a little nervous the first night. Also enjoyed the hot-tub in the evening. Home is close to town, grocery store and other activities. Lots of play grounds scattered around. Very relaxing time. Be aware that on top of the rental fee, there is an extra per person guest fee.

Beautiful views in quiet neighborhood

We spent 10 restful nights in this beautiful home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this house is backed up to a lovely creek and walking trail. All of the common living spaces look out onto the creek with Mountain View’s beyond. Gorgeous!! There are no homes behind the house, so you feel as though you are in a secluded location. Plenty of amenities are available in this home. A ping pong table, separate living/TV area, patio with hot tub and fire pit, and bunk room with full guest bathroom make up the lower level. The main floor has a spacious living/dining area, a very well stocked kitchen, and a queen guest room with separate bathroom. The upper floor consists of 2 king en-suite bedrooms and a laundry closet. All of the beds were super comfy too! This was a great get away stay for our family and we will definitely be coming back! The hosts have done a great job creating a comfortable and beautiful home away from home!

Nice Ski Vacation

We enjoyed our ski vacation but there were some things that would keep us from renting the house again, particularly at this time of year. The driveway had several inches of snow and ice when we arrived (it had been there and built up over quite some time) which made it difficult to get in and out of the house and garages safely. We also got new snow while we were there and that added to the driveway problem. Had the drive been cleared to begin with we would have tried to clean off the new snow but it was impossible. At the base of the stairs going into the front door was a solid piece of ice which also was hazardous. We called the management company and left two messages, one about the snow and ice hazard, and also requesting help figuring out how to work the TV on the main level. We got no response from our messages and did the best we could with the ice and snow, and ended up screen mirroring shows from our iPads. The basement was also too cold to sit down there and use the TV or ping pong table. The kids slept in the bunk room in the basement but no one wanted to spend time in the cold, so other than sleeping or going in and out for the hot tub the basement wasn’t used. The two sliding doors on the upper and lower levels have no window coverings of any kind, so people walking the lower path or on the street above could look into the house, especially at night. We would have preferred some privacy. On the plus side, the kitchen was large and well stocked, we appreciated the spices and things that were left in the pantry to use. Both upstairs master bedrooms were very nice, and the washer and dryer were both excellent. Over all the house is lovely, if the items I mentioned above were taken care of we would consider staying there again.
