Breakfast was a big disappointment. No real cutlery and the only fruit was a banana. There was as juice thank goodness. I felt mislead when told buffet breakfast and really it was as just one step above continental. Staff were polite and very nice. Pool closed for repairs.

Restaurant attached to hotel was delicious and had a fun night life as well! However the parking at hotel is not great, not many spaces available and coming from out of town with a truck was very tight! Some other guest had told us they had to park down the street as they couldn’t get parking at the hotel

I really enjoyed the vicinity and the area around. The complementary breakfast was fantastic, phenomenal views, and very accommodating staff. The rooms are a bit “vintage” but for the price and area definitely worth it!

I've stayed at this hotel many times but not since it was refreshed with new management. The bed was comfy (though one more than the other) and the price was right for a one night GTA mid-range hotel. It's not fancy, but it's got everything you need and the staff were very kind and helpful. Continental breakfast isn't super fancy, but it runs until 9:30 am which was nice. A solid 4/5.

I booked a room for my wedding coordinator and called to confirm they noted her name on the booking, also confirmed early check in. She got there and they wouldn’t give her a room. She had to call me in the middle of my first look to get into her room. They also told her they couldn’t give her early check in and she missed the wedding ceremony. Awful service, extremely disappointed.
