Wonderful!!

We always stay at Notch Acres when traveling to Branson. We always go to Silver Dollar City. It’s the most convenient area for traffic and family friendly. This particular condo has been the best one we’ve stayed at so far. Everything was spotless. Very very clean! The king bed mattress topper is so comfortable I messaged the host to find out where I could buy one for my home. Will definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We only stayed at this property for a weekend but it was great! The selection of games kept the kids entertained. The coffee bar was great for the adults. Very close to SDC! The owner sent an arrival email and also sent a text to verify I had received it. Luckily we had no issues and enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Getaway

The property was clean and well-kept. Close to Silver Dollar City and set away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but close enough to enjoy all that Branson has to offer. I especially loved the Christ oriented items throughout the condo. I would describe recommend!

Excellent property for a two night stay. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. Main bathroom was small but adequate. Play area and pool for kids, we did not find the lake. Perfect place to stay if going to Silver Dollar City!

Great location and property - bottom floor

This community of condos is a wonderful location with great amenities for a traveling family. The place is clean and the host is accommodating and helpful. In my opinion, the only downside was that the neighbors upstairs were on the noisy side. The plumbing makes it so you hear it when it runs above you and the person above us woke around 530am daily. They would move furniture around on the balcony after that. I would also suggest a new mattress in the master room. The one in there is caved in and uncomfortable. Aside from that it was an amazing stay with everything you need to be comfortable and well taken care of!

Cozy condo no stairs

We needed a condo with no stairs for my 86 y.o. MIL and one with two bathrooms. This was perfect where we could pull the car very close to the unit. Everything we needed for our short stay. Peaceful place to take a walk in the evening and appeared to have wooded trails on neighborhood property. Far enough away from the main traffic congestion but close to outer roads. Great communication and response to issues. Would stay here again!

Great Location

This location is perfect for Table Rock or Silver Dollar City. Silver Dollar City is about 2 minutes away and there are two different marinas within 10-15 minutes from the condo. The “strip” in Branson is also 10 minutes or less away. We traveled with our boat. This condo was perfect location within Notches Estates because we were very close to boat parking on one side and the first pool on the other side. Both pools are walking distance from condo. We (47) walked to the basketball courts, but my parents (67) drove their car. All are easily located. The catch and release pond has 2 very steep hills that have to be climbed and even my 11 year old had to stop and take a break walking up it. It sure would help if a golf cart or side by side could be used to go to and from the pond. This is not an amenity we were able to use more than once due to the incline and length of the hill. The parking is great. It is very close and it was a walk in unit. Close, like parking at your own home parking. The square footage of the condo is small, but my parents, us (myself and spouse), and my two 11 year olds and 9 year old had plenty of room. The deck was nice to sit in the evenings. The coffee bar was nice. There were plenty of dishes and linens. They had pool noodles, beach towels, and plenty of bathroom towels for all of us. There is a washer and dryer so that was awesome! I’m coming home with all clean clothes! There is TV with cable in the living room and master bedroom which worked out great for us. The sofa bed is one of the best we have had in a condo. It was a thicker more comfortable mattress than most sofa beds contain. The beds have very thick memory foam on them so if you like soft beds you will love these. My favorite part of this condo rental is the quick responsiveness from the owners. I text and they answered within minutes. They helped us find the marina the first evening we were there. I have bookedmarked this location for future visits to the area.

Great trip

We loved staying in this condo. It is a very beautiful place. Its very quiet, very clean and beautifully decorated. Minutes from everything you would want to see. I would recommend this place to any one. We will definitely be back.
