One of my first questions prior to booking was "Is it handicap accessible?". The answer was yes and that is the main reason for booking. The resort was NOT. At check in, we checked in without any info about the resort except where our house was. We were given boat slip B2 on dock B, which wasn't even on your view of docks. This implied that it was the only dock we could use. Dock B was about 1/2 mile from the house. Accessible by going down a bunch to steps. We could only park up the hill from the dock. Inside the house it was not handicap accessible. No showers and no access to the pool unless you wanted to drive to it. Amenities were another major problem; the pool and basketball court were taken over by some of the local residents as they knew it was wide open to use (no security entrance. One of the showers was broke and had no water pressure, maintenance came but still just a trickle. The Internet kept going out which made it almost impossible to stay connected. The resort trash bins were at the top of the hill which required vehicles to be used to carry trash to it. The house door code went out and it took 45 minutes to resolve. Even worse the new code was never sent out and the maintenance worker came and verbal told us the new code. the lower deck arm to a chair was broke and a shower door didn't work. Found out on the last day that Dock A could have been used but when we went there, found out it was a community dock for all resorts, plus you had to drive to it. ETC.
