Lovely old building nicely refurbished but with some rough edges. Great location for City and train to Leeds. Nice room and bathroom let down by shocking mattress and cheap, faulty toilet seat.

Staff helped as much as possible, but between lack of hot water, no ventilation, and a property on its last legs, we had 3 rooms over 2 nights. A disaster of a hotel. The owners of this place should not be in hospitality. Fraudulent as a hotel.

Very good location , right next to Bradford Interchange. They take a £50 pre-authorisation fee for “damages”. They presumably get that a lot. I’m a 47 year old female up here for work, not really into intentionally damaging hotel rooms. The hotel feels old and weary, hardly any other person staying. Expensive for limited breakfast
