And for an added fee, Bring your boat and use the 8000lb boat lift. The house is minutes from SRQ Airport, 5 minute idle to Sarasota Bay and 10 minutes to Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful home is well furnished with high end mattresses , bedding and everything needed to make your family feel right at home.
