The good: amazing view of the water and the beach. I loved waking up and hearing the sounds of the waves. location was perfect. We could walk to tons of shops and restaurants.The not so good: furniture located on the balcony was not very comfortable. There was also only three chairs so when we had four people in the condo, we were not able to have that person sit down. The garage was incredibly tight and I actually did some damage to my car trying to park in it. We were also told the unit had a washer and dryer, but both appliances had notes on them stating they did not work. when I reached out to the manager, he stated that they did work so I washed towels in the washing machine and the spin cycle did not work. So they were left in the washing machine, soaking wet. I reached out to the manager several times with various issues and did not hear back from him for several hours. the binder that is located in the condo has inaccurate information such as that there is a grill which there is not and also to reach out to the office manager if you had a second vehicle. when I reached out to him, he said I absolutely could not have the second vehicle. He said this was noted in the original listing, but I could not find it.So again amazing location, but I would probably pick a different place to stay if I were to return to this area
