It has a large terrace with a large glass table for breakfast, an umbrella with two sunbathing chairs and remote-control sun cover. Large sunroom has panoramic unobstructed views with large windows. Property has a 65 inches HD TV, Netflix, Bosch speakers, local and US phone (free calls), laundry service pick up and delivered, cleaning service, modern kitchen with many types of equipment. No gas, induction oven and cooking dishes, office desk wired for laptop wi-fi, fireplace, modern furnishings with well-appointed design. Property right in a center of town, next to Pichincha Bank.
