Wouldn’t stay here again!

The desk staff was unhelpful. We were told the shuttle runs every 15-20 min but there’s no schedule so for a 6am flight we had to come down 29 min earlier than we needed to just in case since there was no schedule. And then we got a communication after we checked in that it came every 30-45 min. For an airport hotel that people stay in for early flights it’s incredibly inconvenient. And then the restaurant staff was borderline rude when trying to order food. Finally, our room was so loud both outside and in the ac unit we didn’t sleep at all. And the bathtub was chipping. Overall it was a poor experience.

It's close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. Enjoyed that we didnt have to leave for dinner and drinks after a long day. Parking is $30 if you plan on parking your car.

The hotel was great - very clean, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, hardly any noise. The only complaint I have is that they use mattress covers that are impermeable and do not breathe at all. I get that hotels want to prevent stains/bedbugs, but I felt like I spent most of my nights having to flip from one side of the bed to the other because I kept waking up sweaty. This is a fantastic choice if you are traveling for work and need to make a quick trip to/from the airport, but probably not the best if you are going for tourism.

The room was good, with good sheets. Didn't like that the bathroom sink was outside the actual bathroom and right as obe walked in. It was just a one night stay, so was ok as we were getting flights first thing in the morning. I think I'll choose the Hyatt as I've stayed there before for about the same price.
