This is a lovely boutique hotel in the middle of MIT. Easy access to the train to Boston, 2 stops away. Lots of good restaurants, book stores, and a few blocks walk to the Charles river walking path. Breakfast included, well worth the rates.

The decor and vibe was impressive! The buffet breakfast was delicious! Will stay again if I had to. Only thing that concerns us was the main door was accessible past midnight. We arrived past 2am and nobody was at front desk and doors are open.

The Hotel and location are great. I didn’t knew they do not have air conditioning during spring time and room was hot. We had to open up the windows for some relief. Also the parking is paid. 40$ a day. I wished the website had clearly said it beforehand when we were booking.

Our room was not well lighted. but then again, we are elderly. Staff overall were excellent. Breakfast area was very clean and again, staff made you feel welcome.
