The property was just as described. Parking was ideal, the bed was super comfortable, the closet had plenty of room for our month long stay. The kitchen works, missed not having a dishwasher, but didn't expect one either.The only problem we faced is that when we were gone a long time, the heat would be reset to 58 to 60. It would then take about an hour to be comfortable in the apartment.

The property is very nice overall and is a complete suite with all expected amenities. There's even things on the TV, which is rare in my esperience. However, the host messaged me after check-out to passive aggressively complain about something inconsequential that I didn't even do.

What a Steal!

The property is well maintained and clean. The patio upstairs had a super pretty view and inside the house was cozy and inviting. The host was super helpful and kind when it came to showing me where to park since google maps took me to the wrong place

Satisfactory, but would'nt book again.

I was shocked to see how run down the outside of the house looked, but the inside of the room where we stayed in was fairly accurate to the pictures, though not as nice as appeared online. Compared to other bookings in the Massachusetts/Boston area, it was overpriced for the overall service. For anyone booking in the future, know that there was always someone in the main house (we noticed that she watched our car to see if we were there).

Cozy, clean and quiet place

I was looking to stay at an affordable price in the Boston suburbs with cleanliness, quiet neighborhood and a functioning kitchen being my top requirements. Chinelo's place ticked all my boxes. The place was exactly as described in the ad. Chinelo also had a doormat, and vacuum cleaner placed in the house based on my request. I was unable to find the drop box when I arrived since it was dark outside, and Chinelo instantly responded when I messaged her. Prompt communication is her forte. If you are looking for a no-frills, quiet and clean place with all the basic amenities for 1 person or a couple, I will highly recommend this place. Will stay here again if I am in the area in future.

I thought this was such a nice little place to stay. It was extremely clean. Our host was so sweet and even put up an extra air bed for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Close to lots of places to eat. Easy commute to Boston. Would be happy to stay here again. Only thing I would recommend is a door mat at the front door for wiping wet shoes and a trash can in the bathroom. No complaints at all.

Ideal Location

We were only 5 minutes to the train/rail system that took us into downtown Boston. PERFECT!! However the suite is not “perfect” for seniors: it’s an upper flat with exterior stairs! Thank goodness my husband and I (both 70+) were okay with them!! If you cannot climb stairs this is not for you.

Quiet location in outer Boston suburbs

Our hostess was lovely snd very helpful. The accommodation was very clean and spacious with bedroom, storage room, loungeroom (with loung and tv), kitchen and toilet/shower but would have benefited with a larger dining table and two chairs. The property also has two deck areas but no chsirs. Plenty of parking space. Public transport is bus (short walk) or train (about 1km away).

Grateful for this rental and Chinelo

Don’t be fooled by the outside appearance. The inside is nicely fixed up and a comfortable place to stay. This rental was ideal for the three of us for a few days in Boston. The metro station for Braintree is about a 5 minute drive away and there’s plenty of good food in the area. When we arrived, the low battery beeping of a fire alarm was on in another part of the house. Chinelo was quick to fix the problem. Additionally, she was quick to install an A/C unit when a hot day arrived. She was respectful and welcomed us the night of our arrival. While the rental is nice, I feel like some things can still be improved, mostly in the bathroom. The towels that were provided were nice, but rather small. Additionally, some sort of ventilation fan needs to be put in since a lot of moisture gets trapped and the ceiling above the shower shows a fan needs to be put in. Other than that, the rental was great and I would happily stay at Chinelo’s again!

Exactly what I needed

I was looking for a place with a kitchen, parking and wifi, with a reasonable price and an attentive owner. I got all that I wanted, and the description and pictures are very accurate. Chinelo was super attentive, and it was clear she was very interested in me enjoying my stay.
