There are 2 comfy couches in the living room that guests can also sleep on. Please note that the couches are NOT pull-out sofas.

Two off-street private parking spaces are including in the rental. Street parking is free on nights and weekends with a limit of 2 hours free on weekdays.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is with lots of space, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with most of what you might need. The washer/dryer also came in handy. Bathrooms are modern and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There was room for parking, which is a big plus in this area, though we didnt need it. There is a grocery store in walkable distance and we walked to Harvard, and Watertown and Allston. And we rideshared to farther destinations. This location was very ideal for us when visiting colleges and a perfect home base. The host was in contact regularly and was very accommodating to a request to a late checkout. Thank you for making our trip to Boston that much better!

Everythjng was perfect from our first communication about booking until the extended checkout they graciously offered us! The house was clean, lovely and suited our multi-generational family of 9 perfectly. There were one or two hiccups in the beginning where the cleaners accidentally put towels away instead of out for us and a smoke detector went off. Both completely random accidents and could not be controlled for. Both times we contacted Michelle, her response was quick, friendly, helpful, and supportive - even when both contacts were later in the evening. Michelle was out of town and her husband was right there to immediarely help us with our needs. It was such a positive experience! The house was very close to Boston without being in the city. We walked from the house to a few cute brunch places, a few vintage shops, and just a nice walk around the neighborhood. If we return to the area, we will absolutely look to stay at Michelle's home again! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!!!

Perfect location! Close enough to walk less 15 minutes to restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and an enormous park. Perfect place to stay with two other families!

Very happy with our stay!
A group of co-workers opted to stay here as opposed to booking a hotel during a conference taking place on BU campus. This worked perfect for our needs! Everyone had their own space, location was ideal, 6 minute drive to our conference, check-in and check-out process was smooth, and extra points for off-street parking!

College drop off
Clean welcoming house that was perfect for our trip to Boston to drop off one of our kids. Having the comfortable space to relax and gather was key. The driveway parking was also really nice. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We Enjoyed the Stay
It was about ten minutes walk to multiple bus stations. Place was very clean. We will happily stay there again if we go back to Boston. Host was helpful.
