All amenities are provided for you - stainless steel appliances, gas stove, efficient air conditioning / heating units, washer/dryer, Wifi + Smart Roku TV & backyard patio.

Located in quiet residential neighborhood close to the Charles river, our home is walking distance to Harvard Business School, and Harvard Stadium. The home is also close to MIT, Boston College, Boston University and many great restaurants and music / sport venues such as Fenway Park, Paradise Rock Club and Brighton Music Hall.

We have 4 bedrooms total
1. The master bedroom (2nd floor) has a queen bed, large desk and ensuite full bathroom with large floor to ceiling windows and a juliet balcony.

Three additional bedrooms can be found on the 3rd floor.
2. The second bedroom on the has a queen bed and large mirrored closet with sliding doors and desk / chair for workspace
3. The third bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and a comfy queen bed and desk / chair for workspace
4. The fourth bedroom has an elegant queen size bed and desk / chair for workspace.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and dedicated AC/heating units to help you keep comfortable in all weathers.

We have 2.5 sparkling clean - designer porcelain bathrooms - one on each floor. The master bathroom has a bathtub.

There are 2 comfy couches in the living room that guests can also sleep on. Please note that the couches are NOT pull-out sofas.

This energy efficient home has brand new heat pump units and air conditioning in every room that will give you your own personalized temperature quickly.

Two off-street private parking spaces are including in the rental. Street parking is free on nights and weekends with a limit of 2 hours free on weekdays.

Everything is new from the amenities to the structure. There is a big living room, dining room, and new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the outdoor breeze on the back patio.

We are located just 3 miles from Fenway Park and downtown Boston, or about a 10 min car ride. Our home is located in an area call Allston, the choice neighborhood of Boston with history, shops, walking distance to excellent restaurants and close proximity to the Charles River, Harvard University, MIT, and Boston University. An advantage we offer you is the combination of a quiet scenic residence with frequent and speedy mass transit choice to a broad array of destinations in Boston or across the river in Cambridge.

Getting to downtown Boston is roughly 10 minutes driving (including Fenway Park).

The closest train station is Boston Landing, which takes you to Fenway Park (1 stop), Downtown Boston Back Bay (2 stops) and Chinatown / Financial District (3 stops).

You can walk to the closest grocery store - Trader Joe's - in 10 minutes. If you drive, there is free parking in the garage. Star Market is also close and convenient and has a wider selection of products (also free parking).

There is a public bus #86 or #66 that takes you to Harvard University and Harvard Square in less than 10 minutes

We are a 10-15 minute drive from Boston Logan International Airport.

Michelle is a wonderful host. She was very responsive and kind. The house is just what we needed for a family gathering for my son’s graduation. The location is great — you can walk to a grocery store and Starbucks. We also walked to Cambridge, which has many shops and restaurants. The house is also an easy uber ride to other neighborhoods in Boston.

A group of co-workers opted to stay here as opposed to booking a hotel during a conference taking place on BU campus. This worked perfect for our needs! Everyone had their own space, location was ideal, 6 minute drive to our conference, check-in and check-out process was smooth, and extra points for off-street parking!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is with lots of space, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with most of what you might need. The washer/dryer also came in handy. Bathrooms are modern and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There was room for parking, which is a big plus in this area, though we didnt need it. There is a grocery store in walkable distance and we walked to Harvard, and Watertown and Allston. And we rideshared to farther destinations. This location was very ideal for us when visiting colleges and a perfect home base. The host was in contact regularly and was very accommodating to a request to a late checkout. Thank you for making our trip to Boston that much better!

Extended family stay for 9 people at Northeastern Law School graduation (plus my daughter and her fiance dropping in11). Very happy with the location. Really appreciated the 2 parking spots and didn't really have a problem juggle the other 2 cars with street parking. Host was very responsive to our requests (all minor). There was plenty of room for visiting. 3 grandparents came with us. I wanted my mother to stay in the 2nd floor bedroom (as she has limited mobility) but that bed was too low for her. There are a lot of stairs, but that wasn't a problem for us (even my mom in the end). She ended up in a 3rd floor bedroom with a higher bed. (Also better for her as the 3rd floor bathroom has a walk in shower.) Beds were comfortable. Cute outdoor space (but weather too cold for us to use). Nice to have a washer and dryer, although we didn't need it. Would recommend and stay again!
