The bathroom had mold. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. And I was supposed to have two beds, but there was only a single bed available when I checked in.

This place was dirty I honestly wish I could get refund. The room and restroom seemed like they haven’t been cleaned. I honestly didn’t even stay I ended up booking a different hotel.

The advertised breakfast is virtually non-existent. Just a few oatmeal packets and some days also had a few muffins. Staff could not make us a working room key, so we were standing around for 45 minutes on check in.

No breakfast to be had

We booked this because it advertised free breakfast and coffee maker in the room. We got neither. Was very surprised when we got up and went down to the desk. The attendant said he didn’t have food to put out and there was no coffee. He did give us a coffee maker to take back to our room. Condition of the room was not great. The sheets were clean but the spread and blanket smelled like dirty clothes.

Although it’s affordable, it’s not worth staying more than two days. I was here for a week and Room Service did not clean at all. I asked to be scheduled at least once during my stay yet no one came by. Spent every night walking to the lobby to get a change of towels. They definitely need more staff to avoid this issue. Breakfast is just coffee/water and a bagged muffin/granola bar. I’m glad the kitchen was available in our room for us to make our own meals at least.

Rooms NOT cleaned At All

Honestly, the room we were given did not look like it was ever cleaned. They hopefully changed the bed sheets and the towels, and that was it. There was hair all over the bathroom, the garbage was not taken out. And the kitchen area still had sticky stuff splattered all over the side of the fridge and countertops. I was there just to sleep, and happed to have cleaning supplies on me, so I cleaned up some and dealt with it. Not sure if it was because I had a pet with me. I had stayed at this hotel before, just don’t remember it ever being that bad.

Not an uplifting or enjoyable place to stay.

Hotel wants people to check in after 3pm and leave before 11am, strictly. We were there 20 minutes early to check-in time at 3pm. They let us wait at the parking lot until 3pm. They gave us an unprepared, unclean room, I had to go back to front desk and get a clean room which had a broken drawer and broken hair dryer. They gave us a replacement hair dryer. Our room was spacious and clean but outdated with old refrig and old microwave. No daily room service. We had to grab our towels and shampoo from the receptionist. This is a hotel with many low income families, fixing their cars in the parking lots, BBQing outside with loud music, etc. The price and the location were good for us, therefore we stayed for 5 nights. After 5 nights, I was outside loading our suitcases to my car just before check out time at 11am, my room card stopped functioning exactly at 11am, could not get back in to the building and my room to get rest of my bags.

This hotel has a poor rating for a reason

I didn't have a horrible stay , but definitely not coming back here ever again. The bathtub was filthy with leftover hair which clearly hadn’t been cleaned out prior my check in. After wiping them out myself , l lay towels down while taking a shower just so my feet would touch the surface of the bathtub. Was the only way l could shower without gagging. The room was cold with no way to warm it up, and the whole place felt old, outdated, and in desperate need of a remodel. I should’ve listened to the poor reviews — never staying here again.

First I noticed the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Our room was laid out nicely; the beds were fine. The kitchen sink only had hot water, but the bathroom sink had cold. Maybe they are getting ready to refurbish the room because there were holes filled with spackle around the room and one area where there were just holes like something had been removed but not repaired yet. The shower spigot was twisted at an angle, the shower curtain rod was rusty, and I wasn’t sure the tub was clean. They advertised a quick and pick up breakfast with oatmeal. This consisted of two types of small muffins and the prepackaged envelopes of oatmeal. They really did mean pick up and go because there was no place to sit. There was no juice and in this case no coffee because they ran out of filters. However, we had a comfortable bed and a roof over our heads and running water and a toilet so it met our needs. It just didn’t look well cared for or like a building that was clean and maintained.
