I booked for two nights, there was no hot water available during the first day. I couldn't shower properly and no one resolved or gave a proper follow up. I would've expected better customer service, I had the VIP room and not even the coffee machine worked. In other hotels I have even got credit when something essential as no hot water is available... terrible.

Staff was courteous. I must mention my lady, who cleaned my room, I think her name is Nadinola (3rd floor), wonderful lady. When I was booking, I think the room I choose had a large refrigerator and a kitchenette, but the suite I was given only had the usual compact refrigerator.

We asked for a room that is not near the elevator yet that is what we were assigned. We like the ambiance of the hotel lobby. Customer Service was not as good as our previous stay.
