Traumhafte Lage, schreckliche Wohnung zu absolut überzogenem Preis!
Wir hatten die Unterkunft aufgrund der herrlichen Lage und der hervorragenden Bewertungen für 11 Nächte gebucht, waren aber maßlos enttäuscht. Die Aussicht war wunderschönen, die Wohnung selbst aber in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Die vorgefundene Gegebenheiten entsprachen überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung: Angegeben waren zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Es gibt aber lediglich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, das zweite Zimmer dient mit zwei übereck stehenden Betten (mit durchgelegenen Matratzen) gleichzeitig als Wohnzimmer; ein Essplatz drinnen war nicht vorhanden, sodass wir als es regnete in dieses Schlafzimmer einen kleinen Tisch vom Garten reinstellen mussten, um überhaupt frühstücken zu können. Die Terrassentüre in diesem Zimmer war gleichzeitig Eingangstüre zur Wohnung. Es gibt keine verschließbare Wohnungstüre! Auf unseren Hinweis sagte uns die Vermieterin, es lägen doch zwei Vorhängeschlösser im Schrank und wir seien hier sicher, da es zwei Security-Check-Points am Zugang zum Cap Benat gibt. Damit nicht genug: In den Einbauschränken lag jede Menge altes Zeug, der Wasserhahn in der Küche platzte bei stärkerem Aufdrehen raus, das Warmwasser in der Dusche kam nur mit einem röhrenden Geräusch, sämtliche Türen waren komplett verzogen und ließen sich kaum öffnen. Die Wohnung insgesamt war veraltet und unsauber. Der Geschirrspüler fehlte, Internet gab es nur auf dem Parkplatz. Fazit: Die teuerste und schlechteste Wohnung, die wir je hatten.

Petit havre de paix face à la.mer
Chant des oiseaux et bruit des vagues avec une vue magnifique sur le cap Benat, c'est un endroit revé pour s'offrir une petite parenthèse méditerranéenne. Accueil très agréable et appartement soigné qui permet aussi l'intimité de ses occupants sur la terrasse.

Un bel endroit
Un endroit magnifique chez des habitants accueillants. Une belle rencontre humaine. L’appartement est à proximité de la plage de portofino (7 minutes à pieds) idéal jeune couple avec jeunes enfants.
