Stella offers everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. A separate entrance to the bungalow with its own fenced garden and terrace area. The large kitchen invites you to linger. The living room is equipped with a pull-out couch for 1 additional person and has a flat screen television. There is also a television in the bedroom with a comfortable double bed (approx. 56 cm seat height and visco-elastic topper). The bright daylight bathroom with shower and towel dryer rounds off your holiday feeling. The modern kitchen with oven and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.
A small dog is allowed and is charged at € 10 per day.
The apartments Luna, Regina and Gloria still belong to this property in the main house.

Gute Lage, sehr ruhig, perfekt mit Hund da eingezäuntes Grundstück. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Schöne Radwege. Tolle Natur. Leider kein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Negativ waren auch Ameisen in der Wohnung, da muss man leider mit Chemie ran.

besser nicht, nicht vertrauensvoller Umgang mit Gästen - kein Aushängeschild für Borkum!
Wir fanden die Wohnung äußert oberflächlich gereinigt und voller Ameisen vor. Wir machten Fotos, sendeten diese an die Eigentümerin, welche sich emphatisch zurückmeldete + sich entschuldigte "sowas habe es noch nie gegeben und selbstverständlich erstatte sie uns die Reinigungsgebühr". Den ersten Abend verbrachten wir mit einer Grundreinigung des Bungalows - Spinnweben, Staub, Tierhaare von einigen Vorbewohnern unterm Bett und Sofa - der Wischlappen war mehrfach schwarz. Weiterhin nutzen wir Insektenspray um den Massen von Ameisen entgegenzuwirken. In der gesamten Wohnung befanden sie einige Ameisenfallen, welche jedoch nicht halfen. Laut Aussage der Eigentümerin kam dies noch nie vor, laut Aussage der Reinigungsfirma vor Ort hatten sie dies ebenfalls schon häufig an die Eigentümerin gemeldet. Die Insekten gelangen auch nicht - wie hier schon mal in einer Antwort auf eine Bewertung formuliert - durch offene Türen und/oder Fenster - sie kommen durch die Fassade, man kann es sehr gut von außen beobachten. Täglich aggressives sprayen in der gesamten Wohnung und im Bad waren nötig, um der Lage relativ Herr zu werden. Wieder zu Hause mussten wir feststellen, dass die versprochene Rückzahlung nicht eingegangen war. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir die Antwort, sie hätte ja gar keine Kontonummer. Diese zugesandt, antwortete sie, die Rückzahlung wäre nun angewiesen - 7 Tage später ist immer noch kein Eingang zu verzeichnen und auf Nachfragen per E-Mail keine Reaktion mehr!!!

Schöner Bungalow mit eingezäunten, kleinen Garten. Ideal mit Hund. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war sehr nett. Bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder.

Der erste Eindruck war gut.
Leider war der zweite Blick nicht so gut. Abgewohnt, ungepflegt, vernachlässigt... Schade. Ameisen, Spinnen... Keine schöne Wohngegend, kein Parkplatz etc. würden die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen 😔

Netter kleiner Bungalow in ruhiger Lage
Klein aber ist alles drin, was man so braucht. Liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, die aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. So etwa 1,2 Kilometer. Der Strand ist auch nicht weit ( ~600 Meter). Ganz praktisch, wenn man sein Auto nicht mitnehmen möchte (und das kann ich nur empfehlen): direkt nebenan ein Getränkehändler; die Entfernung kann man ggf. auch mal einen Kasten schleppen. Für Hundebesitzer: hat einen kleinen aber umzäunten Garten.

liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus Stella
Das „Kleinod Stella“ hat uns sehr gut gefallen und es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Wir (Eltern, Kind und Pfoten) kommen gerne wieder. Alles sehr gut gepflegt und die Dinge vorhanden, die man braucht. Sehr gute Lage innerhalb von Borkum. Herzliche Grüße Familie Meyer
