Lemon Apartment with Garden and Sea View by Wonderful Italy

Splendid apartment on the hills of Bordighera with garden and sea view, just a few minutes from the beaches.



The apartment, located on the ground floor, has been recently renovated. The bright open plan living area is furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both featuring a queen-size, one with a bunk bed too. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



The highlight of this apartment is the large garden with ornamental plants where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the sea, the hills and the Prealps. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a table and barbecue.

Scammers, no functioning bathroom and car traffic extremely noisy.

The bathroom was did not function, definitely a plumbing problem. Water on the floor when we arrived and the toilet seat was not connected, the shower didn't drain so we had to have a quick shower so that the water didn't flow over the shower on to the already wet floor because the washing machine in the bathroom already left water on the floor. . The house is on the only street to access the autoroute so it sounded like a race track. No AC so we had to open the windows and hear the traffic all night. The apartment should have been in working order, it was not. We left in the morning and drove 6 hours back home and didn't have a 12 day vacation. They refused to refund our money and said that the problems were out of their control. Unethical, dishonest, scammer. Don't ever rent Lemon house.

Nous avons séjourné en octobre 2023. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons communiqué, en Français aussi, via what's app avec l'équipe sur place qui est aimable et a été réactive à nos demandes. Nous avons pu venir avec notre chien qui a bénéficié du jardin, car il n'y avait personne dans l'appartement du dessus lors de notre séjour. Une remarque quand même, l 'appartement se situe sur une route très passante.
