Pictures are accurate but the furniture could have some cleaning. Only other issue was we were short on paper towels and toilet paper, things I don’t expect to have to buy on a short term stay.

Les Hauteurs "Great visit in beautiful Bordeaux 🙂 there were a lot of shops/stores/variations of restaurants, all different styles - close to everything, so easy living :) Bordeaux is a nice city, easy to get bolt/uber to the appartement, very nice drivers. Short walk of 10-20mins to old city Bordeaux 🙁 the aircon had a little poor effect, staying a the topfloor, with 30degrees outside, maybe a more powerful a/c would be in place or one in the living room an another one in the back bedroom (a fan was available). Poor sleeping the first couple of nights until the heat subsided a little. Otherwise the appartement was great. Also received warnings from locals not to walk in the neighbourhood area during night hours as a lot of muggings and also drugdeals beeing made. No problem during daytime though."

Les Hauteurs The apartment was beautiful and in a nice location. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work well at all. The air-conditioning unit was too small for the loft apartment. The entire time we stayed we slept on the couches because the bedrooms were miserable hot. The bathroom had no shampoo or amenities as advertised. There was also no shelf or anything for us to place our shampoo and soap, so we had to leave our stuff on the floor. It was disappointing to pay what we did and not be able to sleep in the beds. The back room especially was 90 - 100 degrees the entire time we stayed. For us it was not good value for our money. Would have stayed in a hotel instead but we were stuck.

Les Hauteurs "Sunny Apartment with Two Bedrooms 🙂 The host was easy to communicate with by text and met us on time at the apartment (the Deluxe Apartment with the 2 beds) for our arrival. My adult son and I loved the apartment - it was perfect for us! Two separate bedrooms with comfy double beds and separate toilet room from the shower room. Everything was super clean. The apartment has lots of sunlight especially due to the two patio doors out to the large balcony overlooking the square. The apartment also has a large, open feel and is very quiet at night, even though there is a restaurant below (delicious, by the way) we never heard any restaurant noise. The apartment is three stories up (no elevator) so maybe that's why it's so quiet. Finally, being in the same square as the town market is a huge bonus: grab fresh croissants every morning and pastries every afternoon. 🙁 Other reviews have mentioned it, and it's true that at night the area around the Marché gets a little seedy (mostly groups of youths), BUT this area can be completely avoided by entering the square from the other side, which is where you will normally be coming from (city center) anyway. Don't pass on this apartment because of this minor detail. Also note that the listing for the Deluxe Apartment states that there is a tumble dryer. There is not. There was no drying rack either."

Les Hauteurs "🙂 El alojamiento en sí 🙁 La situación en zona de poca seguridad o al menos esa sensación es la que se tiene en la zona ,aparte de ser advertidos por la persona que nos recibió,indicándonos que mantuviéramos todo cerrado y sin nada a la vista (con los stores del dormitorio echados para que no se vieran las maletas y en el salón sin efectos personales ,como si no estuviese habitado). La falta de elementos para barrer y fregar baño y suelos(no hay fregona ni escoba ,solo una mini escoba en un pack de recogedor de mano y la anterior )y los sofás del salón que parece que son sofás-cama están desfondados y llenos de manchas (a pesar de ser oscuros ,se ven las manchas ) con lo que tienes sensación de poco limpio y no se sienta uno tranquilo Las escaleras de acceso a la vivienda están muy sucias por lo que tuvimos que matar una cucaracha que estaba en la entrada del ático ,cosa bastante desagradable. Te hacen tirar la bolsa de basura del cubo (que tienes en el apartamento)en la calle; cuando se supone que vienen a limpiar inmediatamente después de irte ,amenazándote con cargos extras si no lo haces El apartamento es monísimo y muy cómodo por lo que es una pena todos estos detalles que hicieron no disfrutarlo como imaginábamos que iba a ser"

Les Hauteurs "Eine Woche Bordeaux in einer tollen Wohnung 🙂 Die Wohnung lag nur ca. 1 km von der Altstadt entfernt. In direkter Nähe (50 m) war der größte und schöne Lebensmittelmarkt von Bordeaux. Außerdem gab es jede Menge Restaurants und (kleine) Supermärkte in der direkten Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig sowie üppig und hochwertig ausgestattet - die Küche hat jeden nur denkbaren Komfort und mehr als ausreichend Geräte, Geschirr, Besteck usw. geboten. Sogar 2 Flatscreen-TV (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer) waren vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse zeigt nach Osten, sodass man morgens herrlich ""über den Dächern von Bordeaux"" frühstücken konnte. Eine insgesamt tolle, ruhige, umfassend ausgestattete, moderne und saubere Wohnung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. 🙁 Das WLAN war teilweise langsam - aber da die Wohnung ansonsten hochwertig war, nehme ich an, das lag an der gerade stattfindenden Fußball-EM."

Et aussi plein de petit bar de quartier TOP. 🙁 Étant un quartier populaire, il y a des ruelles de Trafic mais personnellement je passais avec me femme sans en aucun problème, personne ne nous a dérangé, c clair qu il faut rester sur ses gardes mais au point de tomber de la paranoïa."

La cocina perfectamente equipada. Todo muy limpio, tanto la ropa de cama como la del baño. La terraza nos encantó, allí nos tomamos una deliciosa ""cena de picoteo"" Hay que decir que no es apto para todo los públicos porque tiene bastantes y empinadas escaleras. 🙁 Es difícil ponerle pegas pero, como critica constructiva, les diría que añadiesen algún perchero en la entrada y algunas almohadas más. Un poco de sufrimiento por las escaleras pero mereció la pena?"
