Aqua Boracay is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the location is very convenient. The restaurant serves delicious food, we love tge breakfast and the pool is huge—perfect for unwinding with my huge family But the real highlight of my stay was the spa — truly the best experience ever! The staff were professional, and the treatments were heavenly. Definitely coming back soon!

Everyone was great from check-in to check out. Just perfect for our age. The facility maintenance was outstanding. There was a security guard in front and back so we felt secured. The pool was bathwater warm from the sun so it was great. Nicole( Nics) at the pool bar can’t be any nicer. Overall our stay was A+!

Rooms and property are welcoming, beautiful, and relaxing. I cannot recommend this property more. Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful at every turn and greeting you with a smile wherever you go. I loved the location, as it’s tucked behind away on a quieter part of the island next to a beach that gets a lot less foot traffic. White beach is still minutes away, and they have a shuttle that takes you to d’mall which is a couple minute walk to white beach.

A disappointing stay at the aqua hotel Boracay, as a so called 5 star hotel. Check in was good however they changed our room last minute from the junior suite to the premier room, which meant we missed out on the bath tub. At check in they asked if we wanted our room to be made up during our stay and what time . I said yes, 12 pm. However they did not make the room up during our stay. When I asked on our second to last day, they did eventually make up the room, you shouldn’t have to ask for this. As I walked into the room it did smell. I had read this in previous reviews, claiming it was the curtains. It’s not the curtains, it’s a mouldy heat pump/aircon unit in my opinion. They need to sort that out, Smells horrible The rooms have no irons, that’s poor. Do I have to call reception from my premium room to get one? That’s not 5 stars quality. The rooms also have no minibar or food. They have two small complementary waters and two tea bags, two coffee capsules. Questionable for a 5 star hotel, also after they take a 6000 peso deposit on check in. They have two sizeable pool areas. The bigger one closer to the entrance is falling apart and I almost slipped on a tile that came off completely as I stepped on it. I showed the staff. They just smiled and laughed a little. Be very careful with the areas of missing tiles, the edges are sharp and could cause injury, especially with children. Comfortable stay.

Aqua is a modern very clean resort. The staff are super friendly, very polite and helpful. We were in suite with three bedrooms - annoyingly some of the downlights gave off a glow-in-the dark type light when turned off. For those who like a dark room sleep mask is essential. Pillows and mattresses were soft. Good variety in breakfast. Lots of options. Would just like the lids on the warmers closed to keep food warm. Closed some but saw later they had been re-opened. The two pool areas are lovely. Fantastic pools and cabana style loungers.

If you want a place where you can find peace and quiet in a relaxing atmosphere, Aqua in Balabag Beach is the place. It is serene and restful. The amenities are top notch. Food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. Will definitely come back again.

We had superb experience during our stay, the staff is very helpful and is one step ahead of our needs, they are all respectful and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, they have free shuttle to D mall every hour! Rooms are clean and smells really good. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel right off the beach. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the free breakfast was phenomenal. Walking distance to the "d"mall. Recommend visiting Puka Beach and taking the cave tour which is only accessible by kayak.

They are very warm friendly. The room was very clean and spaces for the money. Not far from everything it's in walking distance to everything. The free breakfast has a lot to offer for different options to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel on Boracay Island for the money you spend.
