Treat yourself and your family to a much-deserved escapade at this peaceful resort condo that is part of the Echota Resort! With so many amenities you won't run out of fun things to do with your family and group. You will be granted access to fantastic on-site amenities that include heated indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs with a rock waterfall and mountain views (seasonal), a 25-acre conservation park on the Watauga River with two stocked catch and release fishing ponds, several hiking trails, and picnic pavilions, a bocce/croquet court, two fitness centers, TV loungers, patios, two clubhouses, a game room with pool tables and arcade games, libraries, meeting rooms, and kitchens.

Inside this air-conditioned home away from home, you will find a bright and airy open floor plan that allows everyone to spread out yet be gathered at the same time. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace as you stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with delicious homemade masterpieces prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with plenty of cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. You will love the covered deck for your morning coffee or evening cocktail - the view is wooded and shady in the summer and seasonal mountain views in the winter. The primary suite also has deck access along with two closets and an adjoining en suite bath with vanity and shower.

If you choose to venture farther out, you'll be a short drive away from ski resorts and Grandfather Mountain State Park.

Great location

Wonderful 2BR/2BA, great location just minutes from Boone, and extremely close to skiing if you’re around there at those times. Many close hiking areas as well, although we chose a location approximately 21 minutes away, but there are many closer ones. Gated area, condo was absolutely great inside and out. When you park, you simply walk straight to your room. Easy to contact property management if needed. Absolutely a great stay for us.

Perfect spot!

We stayed here while attending the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games. This was the perfect central location between Grandfather and Boone. The black-out curtains in the primary bedroom were so helpful for us since we have a 1-year-old who will not fall asleep unless it's completely dark. We took a morning hike right across the street from the Echota entrance and enjoyed playing in the river. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip!
