Living, dining and private master suite have views to lanai and lake. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. Walk to Spanish Wells Golf course, a 27 hole public golf course and driving range.

Neighborhood is safe, quiet and walkable day and night. Two miles to beach. Close to shopping and restaurants.
