Each studio has an area of approximately 73 m2.
Ideal accommodation for 2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults and 2 children.
Spacious and bright, with a stylish and pleasant layout: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), one bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen.
Each studio has direct access to the garden, its own pool house, and a shared pool in a lush and authentic setting.
Dominantly positioned in the heart of a private estate on the road to Piantarella, this central location offers immediate access to Piantarella beaches (1 km) and proximity to the historic center of Bonifacio (4 km).
Hiking trails nearby. Port of Bonifacio, shops, beaches, and sailing schools are within a 5/10-minute drive.
The famous Spérone golf course is just 300 meters from the complex.
An electricity supplement (based on consumption) and exit cleaning fee (€60) will be charged directly by us.

Little Paradise
We had a wonderful stay in this little paradise.
The complex is lovingly laid out.
You can relax along countless olive trees, meter-high oleander hedges and rosemary bushes or by the azure pool.
Perfect location to explore the beautiful beaches around Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio.
Check-in/check-out was uncomplicated. Communication with the Argentine was always smooth. The house was clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, the bed was very comfortable and the concierge, who is on site 24/7, was always there to help if we needed anything.
We can only recommend a stay in this villa.

Sans doute nos meilleures vacances en famille !
Le domaine est vraiment magnifique et très bien entretenu. Nous avons été très amicalement reçus par Paola et Salvatore. Le studio est très propre et bien équipé. Nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous de suite et avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours ainsi que des plages alentour. Bonifacio est absolument magnifique.
Il faut juste savoir que le domaine est un peu isolé mais c'est pour cela que c'est aussi calme. Situé à 5 minutes en voiture de la première plage de Piantarella (parfaite pour des départs en Kayak...), il faut prévoir de marcher 15 minutes ou 30 minutes jusqu'aux plages du petit et du grand Sperone qui elles en valent vraiment la peine. Sinon, on a aussi besoin de la voiture pour se rendre aux autres superbes plages (St Antoine par exemple, bouches de Bonifacio), a Bonifacio et au supermarché. Ce n'était cependant pas vraiment un problème car la vue pour s'y rendre est à chaque fois un plaisir pour les yeux! A recommander !! Bonnes vacances !

Stay in Bonifacio region
Our stay in the residence was very very good, the welcome was very warm and the appartement was very clean and very nice to stay in. The surroundings of the property are just perfectly mainained and very beautiful, congratulations to the residence keeper who are doing a great job.
