Away from the noise of the city, but also 5 minutes away from the city, you can relax with your loved ones, completely independently, in a 2200m2 garden, accompanied by lake and city views.

In our house with a capacity of 12 people; There is a large air-conditioned living room, a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 4 WCs, 2 large balconies and 1 veranda.

There is a seating area on one of our balconies, and a walking track and a sofa bed on the other balcony.

In our house, we have air conditioning, WIFI, TV, Netflix, Disney plus, YouTube premium, 24-hour hot water, water purifier, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, toaster, blender, mixer, etc. There are every facility you can think of and want to use at home.

We have indoor parking for 2 vehicles. There is parking space in the garden for your extra vehicles.

Pita, pizza, casserole etc. are cooked in the stone wood oven in the garden. You can enjoy barbecue with. You can use the samovar in the garden. You can also enjoy hookah. You can spend time with backgammon, okey team and box games.

You can go hiking and cycling in the lake and forest behind our house. Depending on the season, you can benefit from the naturally grown, pesticide-free fruit trees in our garden.
