Prima Unterkunft, tolle Lage
Meine Tochter und ich hatten einen sehr schönen Ostseeurlaub im Aalhaus, Wohnung 3. Die Wohnung (vom Schnitt her fühlt es sich eher wie ein (Reihen-)Haus an) ist sehr großzügig angelegt - ebenso wie der große Garten - und hält alles bereit, was man als Feriengast so braucht. 2-3 Dinge waren etwas "abgewohnt" (z.B. die zur Wohnung gehörige Sitzecke in dem genannten, allen Wohneinheiten zugänglichen Garten) bzw. hätten etwas sauberer sein können, was aber nicht störend ins Gewicht fiel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief prima und unkompliziert (auch bei der prompten Beantwortung/Behebung einer "Mängelmeldung" zu einem der 2 Badezimmer). Lage und Erreichbarkeit des Hauses lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig (hauseigene Parkplätze, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und Hafen). Ohne weiteres weiterzuempfehlen!

Bereits zum zweiten Mal im Aalhaus Whg 3
Wohnung 3 ist ideal für Familien. Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal mit unseren drei Kindern dort. Auch diesmal waren wir rundum zufrieden. Und wenn doch mal eine Kleinigkeit war, war der Eigentümer immer telefonisch erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Einzig ein kurzer Hinweis: Die Gartenmöbel kommen langsam in die Jahre bzw könnten einen Anstrich gebrauchen. Insgesamt gerne auf ein drittes Mal

Sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft; dazu sauber und gepflegt. Optimale Lage für Unternehmungen oder auch einfach mal an den Strand zu gehen (ca.15min zu Fuß). Wir haben nichts vermisst und würde gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.

Entspannend und komfortabel
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser sehr komfortablen und historischen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es gibt viel Platz in der Wohnung und es ist ein schöner Spaziergang zum Strand und Hafen. Der Türeingang ist etwas niedrig (wir sind ziemlich groß) und ein paar Türen in der Wohnung, aber es war kein Problem. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.
