Hygiene issues

Location is quite good as it is near to the heart of the old town, and plenty of good restaurants to choose. The apartment is nice, with fridge and pantry. However, as the apartment is on ground floor, street voices are loud. The bathroom and toilet located in basement not too hygienic - it is home for more than 10 flies and it made me hesitate. The water temperature of the shower is always unstable. Very hot at the beginning and very cold afterwards.
