Located in Bokeelia, walking distance from the Pineland marina, this 4-bedroom house offers a peaceful elevated retreat for guests. With 2 king beds and 2 full beds and two separate entries and with two separate kitchens, unwind in the screened in porch in the sky or the ground level covered Tiki area winding through a tropical paradise every sunset. This is a golf cart community from sun-up to sun down and the house comes with golf cart. The upstairs granite counter kitchen and bathroom have been recently remodeled. When ripe and in season enjoy mangos from the tree in your front yard, Pine Island is considered to be the mango capital of the world and hosts the annual Mangomania festival. Fishermen will find there is plenty of room to park trailered boats with plenty of extra room for parking, conviently located a few hundred yards from the Pineland marina.
