First room had a running toilet, low bath water pressure, and fridge not only sounded like a fish tank, but froze my food on low temp. Second room had similar issues. Also my 2 queens were only doubles so we were switched to another room. This room had no quilt (just sheets). Sheets were stained. Hall rugs need replacement. Score 1-star.

The staff is FANTASTIC! They were very accommodating, smiling & made you feel welcome. The dog poop people left is awful & lazy. Unfortunately, it does need to be maintained. Now for corporate I’m not give a bad review for the staff for the conditions of property. Come spend some money & fix it up. You have a wonderful staff might help them love their job more.

Staff were great and even called me to let me know that they had lost heat in the part of the hotel where I'd booked a room, so they put me in an alternate (but not as nice) room. However, I was also told that I could get reimbursed for the room cost difference if I worked through Hotels.com. After attempting this and multiple phone calls, even Hotels.com has not gotten a response and I am out the extra money.

The bathroom shower rod was broken and every shower would flood the bathroom into a lake. The window was also cracked. The room temperature control did not work and the room was blasting heat all night. This room should be taken out of service and repaired before being made available again. We suffered in this room for three nights before finally asking the staff to switch us to another room. The staff was very nice and did switched us to a bigger room for the remainder of our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is run down, black mold around bath tub, no blanket on bed, no chair for desk. Staff moved me to another room. 2nd room big brownish water stains in toilet, desk chair would not raise up to use with high desk. Tv would not work. Missing panel in hallway ceiling by ice machine. The staff was friendly and nice.

1st room, 1st night=85 degrees, no way to adjust it. Room 348 2nd room, 2nd night=no heat at all, and the watermain broke in hotel. All guests had to evacuate at 11pm. Room 470 3rd morning = the shower in my room wouldn't work, so no shower on the way to the airport. The staff was so very nice, and polite. Wonderful! Corporate is really letting them down by providing this absolute crap to work with. As it is, I cut my stay in half because of the conditions. It seems to me that I should be reimubursed for the whole stay.
