11 Shorecroft - a family house that sleeps 8 guests in 3 bedrooms
11 Shorecroft is a comfortable family house set in the most wonderful location right on Aldwick beach in West Sussex. With views across the sea from the all the main rooms, as well as a garden opening directly onto the beach itself, this is an ideal holiday home for anyone looking for a seaside break on England's stunning south coast.
Inside, the house has a good size sitting and dining room with patio doors leading out to the beach front garden. The kitchen is practical and has the benefit of a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a ground floor triple bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) with an en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms (1 triple, 1 twin) and a family bathroom. The uninterrupted views from both these bedrooms are superb, looking out over the beach and the sea beyond.
This property has a strict no pets policy.

Wow! what a wondaful holiday we had. The house is situated on the beach and had everything we needed to make our holiday complete. The lovely helpful neighbours were a real bonus and the host Verity was extremely nice to deal with.Many Thanks we will be back again!

Wonderful!
We had the most wonderful stay at 11, Shorecroft, and Laura was always there at the end of a call or email if we had any questions.
On arrival we found the house spotlessly clean, freshly painted (it appeared!) and fully set up with most comfortable beds made up and towels provided.
The owner provides toys, books and puzzles for the kids, outdoor furniture, with soft cushions for the chairs.
There was even sun lotion in the cupboard!
The house is directly on the beach, off a huge garden, where we ate most of our meals with the waves and sea views in front of us!
An altogether most pleasurable and enjoyable stay was had by all, with plenty space for 6 adults and 2 kids to be in
We can’t praise it enough!
Only slight setback was, we would have loved more sandy beaches . . 😐
