Oceanfront Caribbean Style Villa that is centrally located in Bodden Town for a laid-back experience in tranquility. All 12 villas in complex are oceanfront with views of the sea. We have 6 villas on main floor and 6 villas on second floor. You can enjoy the pool with in-water bar stools or sit on a private beach near the ocean. We have a stretch of beach that allows you to walk for miles. We are surrounded by a coral reef giving our guests access to some of the best snorkeling on the island.

Amazing! The place has been upgraded and renovated and is even nicer than the pictures. I would recommend a upper level condo since the bottom balconies do not provide as much privacy.

Excellent location and a very low-key, 12-unit place to spend the holidays. Renting a car is necessary to get there, as well as to do a grocery run and/or see other parts of the island (we recommend renting from Andy's). Check-in was smooth and the unit very clean, with amenities like a deep soaking tub, comfortable bedding and everything one might want for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, snorkel gear, etc.). The kitchen was well-stocked with useful equipment but no oven (microwave only). That said, an outside grill served us well for those times when we didn't want to go out for lunch or dinner. The views from our upstairs unit were stunning and the building shows pride of ownership in terms of its maintenance and care. We'll be back!

We loved the apartment … Waking up to the ocean every day was amazing. The beach wasn’t very walkable, but it was an easy access point to explore the east side of the island. We would stay again.

The condo was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures posted on VRBO. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each morning and evening enjoying the ocean view. Both Jane and Karen were responsive to any questions we had about the property and area. We would highly recommend this condo for a vacation destination.

Winter Cayman Trip 2025

We enjoy this area in Grand Cayman because it is so quiet. We practically had the beach to ourselves the whole week. We were on the second floor and the balcony is spacious and a great place to spend time when you want to be outside but not in the sun. The reef is great for snorkeling. Our condo had snorkeling equipment which was great. Definitely need to rent a car. You are within 30 minutes from Seven-Mile, Rum Point and East End, but there are also plenty of restaurants close by. Overall, great place and we will return.

Great Communication and Amazing View

We can't speak highly enough of the communication and check-in process. We arrived on Christmas Day, and Karen was incredibly accommodating, making our arrival seamless and stress-free. The view from the property is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding property!

I don’t think we could have been any happier with the property. It was exactly as represented on VRBO. We loved the location, amenities and overall property. We will return to Grand Cayman and this specific property. Karen was great and we even got to meet one of the owners, Bob, as he was there working on improvements to the property.
