I am mystified as to how this property has an 8.2 rating. Please don't book thinking you'll get an 8.2 room!
Pros
--Staff were all very kind, friendly, and helpful
--Breakfast is accurately identified as continental, but was completely adequate, including GF cereal options. Breakfast was available until 10:30 am, which was nice.
Cons
--Rooms (our group had 2) were not clean. Both had a coating of grunge/dust on bed headboards, lamps, baseboards; the remote control and clock looked to have been handled by someone with lots of sticky gunk on their hands and were GROSS; lots of spiderwebs in corners, on lamp; stained toilets
--Both rooms smelled absolutely horrible. One room smelled of old cigarette smoke, the other of I'm not sure what--mildewy, sour smell.
--The refrigerators are plugged into an outlet that is operated by a switch by the door. No signage indicates this--so if you could turn your refrigerator off and not have any idea you've done so until your food is warm :-/
--Towels, while clean, were pretty threadbare, as were sheets.
If you need a place to sleep, this meets the criteria and staff were very kind, but a more accurate reflection of the facility would be a 6 or 6.5 rating.
