The room itself was clean, and spacious. It sounded like there was an outdoor gathering of guests around the corner with music playing - but they didn't stay out long. The breakfast was really, really light (toast with peanut butter, and cereal), and there was only seating for two or four people. While there was a restaurant across the parking lot, we didn't bother with it.

Bed and pillow were nice. If you expect a half way decent breakfast in the morning you will be disappointed. There was a basket of hard boiled eggs and not much else. The town closes down by 8 so dont be late!

At first management seemed helpful, but no follow thru. Did not leave ice machine room open for early use. Did not clean room(make beds, empty trash, clean towels) for 2nd nights stay. No coffee maker in the room., No place to hang clothes. Loose toilet that wobbled.

We would not have booked at this property if not for the suggestion of Jeep Jamboree stating that it is "pet friendly" and we have two service dogs. The furnishings was from the 1970s or earlier, lighting was very limited and dim. "Bath towels" were so thin that my kitchen towels are thicker. Ice was available from an ice machine only until 7:30-8 pm in the laundry room. After that the front desk had a 5 gal bucket that was scooped from and I felt bad asking for even a full ice bucket of it. The office staff that checked us in was very nice though.

My stay

I stay here all the time when I drive thru this area. The only negative is the time of their continental breakfast. Starts at 7:30. Way too late for people who want to get an early start.

We have ants in the room. We asked 3x's for it to be cleaned. We had to clean ourselves. Nomaid service for the 3 days. And we were charged$100 for damages we.ight do. Instead we had ants all over the floor. We have pictures of them if you care to see. People were very nice, but the motel lacks a lot!!!

It's an older motel that needs a little freshing up. The furnishings were a bit outdated and the laquer on the table was sticky. The outlets need to be replaced; could not hold in the plugs. Our room could use a nightstand on the other side of the bed. It has a fridge. Bed was comfy, good TV, and decent shower. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, cereal, coffee and juice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
