I didn’t even get to stay the night miscommunication you told me to bring $25 to the front desk and they wanted to charge my freaking bank card again for $75 and then you are still charging me for 100. So a lot of confusion I didn’t get any sleep in years basically embarrassed me I probably would never ever go there ever again. It was the first worse. This was my first time ever booking a hotel and it was the worst experience of my life I hope the second time would be better thank you.

Our stay was horrible. The light for the closest that is located on the outside was broken and wouldn’t turn off. The AC in the room didn’t work and it was hot. We asked for a fan and after about 5 hours we got it and it didn’t work. When we told this to the front desk agent he was gaslighting us into believing that all these issues were our fault. This place sucks. The employees are rude. All they did was refund me $23 for the resort fee for the inconvenience. I will never stay here again. I wish I could get my money back.

Our room was filthy. There were pubic hairs on the sheets. There was something brown on the toilet knob, dirt on the chair in the room. The elevator lobby and elevator itself smelled horrible. So bad that my wife got a headache from it. We ended up leaving that evening because her headache got so bad. When we were 10min away it stopped. When checking out and letting the front desk know what was wrong, they said they'd 'make it right' in the morning when a manager got in. They said they could definitely refund the 'resort fee' (like $30). It's laughable to think that refunding the 'resort fee' will make it right and is great customer service. I still haven't heard anything from a manger....
