I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages and beans would’ve been great too

Close to ferry terminal for early morning departure, great price and family friendly. Quick easy no frills breakfast to start the day. Difficult to navigate on Bilbao's ring road and 1 way system.

A decent stay in a decent hostel.

It looks a bit far away from the city centre, next to the highway, at the top of a slope\hill, but the location isn't that bad actually. In half hour walk you're in the city centre and it's perfect for those traveling by car (free parking). Clean rooms & bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff. Free (basic) breakfast is served exclusively between 8 and 9 AM, even during high season. WiFi works fine, nice info provided for city sightseeing. I would recommend it.

Nous avons passĂ© 6 nuits dans cette auberge de jeunesse. Les locaux sont propres. Le personnel est plutĂŽt sympathique. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est distribuĂ© sous forme de self avec des gĂąteaux sous emballage. Si vous souhaitez utiliser la cuisine, il faut une caution en monnaie pour avoir des assiettes et une autre caution pour les ustensiles mis sous film plastique. Les chambres sont assez rudimentaires. Le point nĂ©gatif est la proximitĂ© de l autoroute non compensĂ©e par la climatisation. Le logement est plutĂŽt bien situĂ© dans Bilbao Ă  proximitĂ© des arrĂȘts de bus: pratique et Ă©conomique avec la barik card
