The property includes a guest home, our family residence, a pond, meadows, a stream, gardens, an indoor equestrian arena, and a separate fenced barn/paddock for horses. It offers easy and direct access to backcountry trails for horseback riding and hiking.

There is direct access to State Forest mountain trails from the property. Huckleberries ripen mid to late summer, with prime picking season in August, while cherries are available along Flathead Lake.
Autumn: Autumn offers photographers and painters a palette of fall colors and enchanting light, especially at sunset.
Winter: Winter brings snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, ice-fishing, mushing, sledding, and ice skating. Bigfork transforms into a festive Christmas village with decorations and the Parade of Lights.
