Perfectly situated in the center of all that Big Bear has to offer ~ near the ski slopes, golf course, Lake, Alpine Zoo, and the newly renovated Moonridge Corridor. Access Rathbun Creek Trail right across the street or catch the ski shuttle around the corner. Located conveniently near Bear Mountain. National Forest hiking trails and mountain biking trails are also easily accessed via a short walk.
LIVING SPACE - Comfy 400+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, pellet stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
