Super clean and comfortable cabin and you cant beat the location! Located in Eagle Point area of central Big Bear Lake, less than 1/4 mile to Snow Summit Ski Resort, shopping markets, Big Bear Lake and Meadow Park. Single level cabin situated on a corner lot, offering 1,100 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a garage.

The Living Room offers a large flat screen TV w/DVD player, wood burning rock fireplace, sliding doors to the back deck and attached dining area with a dining table to seat 4 guests. There is also a bar-top counter with 3 bar stools for guests to dine at. The Kitchen offers a wonderful stove with a grill, dishwasher and a separate wine cooler.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a ceiling fan, attached bathroom has a washer & dryer, the 2nd bedroom also offers a queen bed & ceiling fan...and there is nice size bathroom off the hall offering a bathtub/shower combo.

The cabin features a nice back deck and large fenced back yard with a hammock, two patio tables & chairs and a propane BBQ. There is a one car garage for guest to use and two level parking spaces in the driveway. Also has Cable TV w/DVD player, WiFi, free HBO, Cinemax & ShowTime, washer & dryer, level parking w/garage, Accommodates 6 guests.

Fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay and the home will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.
